Our Thesis

The biology of aging is now tractable

Biology fails before we do. Over 4 million people need organ transplants annually — fewer than 5% receive one. Chronic diseases and aging drive tissue degeneration, and no integrated system exists to regenerate, replace, and maintain human health.

We are building that system. Longevity Venture Fund I targets a $250B+ market across regenerative medicine, cell therapies, organ transplantation, longevity medicine, and medical tourism.

We back founders at the earliest stages — writing conviction checks, taking board seats, and staying committed through the full company-building journey.

We started the fund with three companies that are better together and ready to add new and innovative strategies to derisk biotech investing.

We are initially raising $20 million to deploy across our founding portfolio and pipeline of breakthrough longevity opportunities.

Focus Areas

Six frontiers defining the longevity revolution

01

Epigenetic Reprogramming

Partial cellular reprogramming using Yamanaka factors and next-generation approaches to reverse epigenetic age, restore tissue function, and potentially extend healthspan by decades.

Partial ReprogrammingGene TherapyAge Reversal
02

Clinical Delivery & Medical Tourism

Capitalizing on the rapidly growing global medical tourism market by connecting patients to cutting-edge longevity treatments abroad — enabling clinical delivery of therapies not yet available domestically at scale.
